Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 July 2026
Rigbak (“we”, “us”, “our”) publishes The Last Line
(bundle ID com.rigbak.thelastline) for iPhone and iPad and
operates this website. This policy explains what information the game and
site may collect, why we use it, and which third-party services process it.
By playing the game or using this website, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game or site.
Information we collect
Depending on how you play, we and our service providers may process:
- Gameplay and progress data. Level progress, scores, settings, inventory, and similar in-game state stored on your device and, for online features, synced through our backend.
- Device and app data. Device model, OS version, app version, language, general performance signals, and similar technical identifiers needed to run the game and diagnose problems.
- Analytics events. Session starts, level outcomes, tutorial steps, offer interactions, and other gameplay events sent to help us understand how the game is used and improve balance and stability.
- Crash and diagnostic data. Crash logs, stack traces, and custom diagnostic keys to find and fix bugs.
- Purchase and entitlement data. Product identifiers, subscription status, virtual currency balance, and restore/receipt validation handled through Apple and our purchase partner.
- Advertising data. Ad impressions, reward completion, and advertising identifiers where ads are shown and where you allow tracking on iOS.
- Leaderboard and competition data. Scores, display names or aliases you choose, week identifiers, and anti-cheat timing metadata for weekly leaderboards and Game Center boards where enabled.
- Support communications. Email address and message content if you contact us.
We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or SMS content through normal gameplay.
How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the game and online features.
- Process purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, and virtual currency.
- Show optional ads and measure ad performance.
- Publish leaderboards and validate weekly competition submissions.
- Detect abuse, cheating, and invalid traffic.
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations.
Third-party services
The Last Line uses third-party SDKs and platforms. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Apple — App Store billing, Game Center, device services, and platform privacy controls. Apple Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob — interstitial and rewarded ads. Google Privacy Policy · AdMob & ads
- RevenueCat — in-app purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, and virtual currency sync. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
- Google Firebase — Analytics, Crashlytics, anonymous authentication, Realtime Database for leaderboards, and Remote Config. Firebase Privacy
RevenueCat may receive Firebase app instance identifiers to help link purchase analytics. Firebase Analytics and AdMob may use advertising or analytics identifiers where enabled by your device settings and consent choices.
Advertising and tracking choices
The game is free to play and may show ads through AdMob. On iOS, you may see Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before personalized ads are used. You can change ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
A subscription or entitlement that removes ads, when active, stops interstitial and rewarded ad presentation in supported flows.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card number. RevenueCat helps us validate purchases, restore entitlements, and sync virtual currency balances such as Golden Scrap (GS).
Online features
Weekly leaderboards and related competition features use Firebase Realtime Database with anonymous authentication and server-side timing checks. Game Center leaderboards may also be used where configured.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for gameplay, analytics, billing, security, and legal compliance. Leaderboard entries may persist for the active competition period and a reasonable archive window. Crash and analytics retention follows Firebase and Apple provider defaults unless a shorter period is configured.
Children
The Last Line is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, and other countries where they operate data centers. By using the game, you understand that your information may be transferred across borders.
Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your information. You can also manage ad tracking and analytics through iOS settings and by contacting us. Apple purchase history and refunds are managed through your Apple ID.
This website
This marketing site does not use cookies or marketing trackers. Hosting providers may log IP address, user agent, and request time in server logs.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
